3. User Eligibility & Restrictions

5. Account & Security

Admin Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account

Password Management

  • You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure

Your Responsibility

We recommend that you:

  • Maintain your own backup copies of all important images
  • Test our system before relying on it for critical content
  • Regularly export or backup your portfolio data

Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service (scheduled maintenance may occur)
  • Specific uptime percentages
  • That the Service will be available at all times

8. Termination of Service

Right to Suspend or Terminate
